New community-oriented hospitality concept Your Daily opens doors on Cruquiusiland

First of three branches festively opened

Since last Friday, the doors of Your Daily have been open, an accessible and warm catering establishment on Amsterdam's Cruquius Island. Your Daily at Amsterdam Rijnkanaalkade 55, is more than a restaurant: it is a social meeting place for residents, families and professionals from the neighbourhood, born from the idea that hospitality and community go hand in hand.

A neighbourhood spot for every day

Your Daily is an initiative of management company To Be At, which was founded three years ago with the mission to put residential experience at the heart of property management. Your Daily is the logical follow-up: an approachable hospitality concept with a focus on connection, affordability and inclusivity. "No pretensions or shiny states," said owner Christa de Buvry de Mauregnault. "Just Your Daily - for you, for the neighbourhood, for every day."

Team Your Daily            

Your Daily's team is led by Daan Smitz and Ron Bloem, who are the face of the business with their experience and hospitality. Together with an enthusiastic kitchen and service team, they bring Your Daily's vision to life every day. The official opening took place last Friday with music by none other than Dennis van der Geest. The opening was a success and had a cosy, warm atmosphere. Local residents turned up in large numbers to enjoy the festive moment together and get to know each other and the initiators in a casual setting.

Daily meals at long tables       

With the Daily Dish, Your Daily serves a changing homemade dish every day. Visitors can sit at long family tables - a nod to the Italian living room feel. During the day, Your Daily's team serves a la carte breakfast and lunch and in the evening, guests can choose from both the Daily Dish and an a la carte dinner. A small menu is also available throughout the day, with dishes prepared with beautiful, honest and local ingredients. The space also caters for families, with a children's play corner including dress-up box and playpen and game water play area on the terrace, so parents can relax while the kids have fun.

Community is central     

Your Daily acts as an extension of the residential complexes of To Be At, where residents use shared living rooms and cooking studios as well as build an eco-system of the neighbourhoods they are in. "We also want to encourage offline connection with Your Daily: a place where neighbours can really get to know each other," Christa adds. Apart from breakfast, lunch and dinner, Your Daily offers space for events, get-togethers and children's afternoons. There is also its own Your Daily Loyalty App, which allows regular guests to save for tasty discounts and keep up to date with Your Daily's activities.

For neighbourhood and businesses           

Local businesses are also welcome for meetings, team outings and get-togethers. Local entrepreneurs will be actively contacted this week, including original goodie bags that include a 'neighbourhood tree' that will hopefully grow into a lemon tree from which home-made Limoncello can be made in the future.
