RaccoonRev Plus is designed to bridge the gap between simple rule-based pricing models and the complexity of traditional revenue management systems. Thanks to AI, the tool provides daily price recommendations up to 90 days ahead. This takes into account factors such as competitor rates, historical data, booking trends, weather forecasts and booking behaviour. The result? A powerful, data-driven tool that helps independent hotels stay competitive and increase their revenue per available room (RevPAR).
