The Vakgroep Hotelvastgoed is a private network for professionals in hotel real estate. We welcome only members who actively contribute to the quality, development and investment in hotels. FOUR MEETINGS A YEAR. ONE POWERFUL NETWORK.

As a member, you get access to four inspiring meetings a year. Locations and content are carefully chosen, with room for depth, networking and experience. Each meeting has a fixed structure with a hotel tour, inspiring knowledge sessions and closed networking sessions. The focus is on quality, content and building long-term relationships between professionals in hotel real estate.

Hotel tour & investment table

Day 1 - Hotel tour & theme groups 

Choice of a city tour or visit to several hotel projects in the area (such as new construction, redevelopment or special concepts). 

In the future if there are enough members: members meet in thematic subgroups, e.g. on sustainability, technology or redevelopment. 

The day ends with a joint dinner at a special location. 

Participation 150 Euro per person excluding VAT for this day including dinner.

Day 2 - Plenary sessions & discussions 

In-depth presentations on trends and recent room rates & developments, regulations, financing and case studies. 

Interspersed with panel discussions, showcases of hotel projects and networking moments.
