The restaurants Central Park (Voorburg), Tribeca (Heeze) and Odille (St Oedenrode) will be members of the Alliance Gastronomique from 1 January 2025. In addition, restaurant The Mulberry (Warmond) with the new owners a member of the association.
At the annual meeting on Monday 2 December, held at De Librije restaurant in Zwolle, the new members were proudly inducted into the Alliance. From 2025, they will wear the Alliance Gastronomique's distinctive shield on their façade. With the entry of these restaurants, the Alliance grows to a total of 42 members.
Led by chairman Bob Bron, all Alliance members enjoyed a surprising, culinary and festive evening and all new members were warmly welcomed within the (oldest) longest-standing culinary partnership in Europe.
Central Park
In the 18th-century mansion, you will find restaurant Central Park led by Joey de Kruijf. Central Park believes that through its stately, energetic and cosy ambiance combined with refined dishes and a wide range of wines, it can win the hearts of all higher-end lovers. Besides holding a Michelin star, Central Park is also a member of Relais et Chateau.
Tribeca
After a warm welcome by Claudia Sobecki, you can start enjoying chef Jan Sobecki's dishes. His cuisine is characterised by simplicity, quality and passion. French gastronomy as the basis, complemented by international accents. Constantly looking for the very best ingredients, which Tribeca puts on a pedestal in their dishes. At Tribeca, you can taste that less really is more. Tribeca has been awarded two Michelin stars.
Odille
Led by chef Casimir Evens and his partner Lotte Bloem, restaurant Odille stands for lasting memories, connections and surprises. Casimir deliberately chooses products from the green heart of the Meierij, with international ingredients providing a quirky touch to his creations. On 7 October this year, Odille was awarded a Michelin star.
The Mulberry
Chef Michael Corpel and sommelier Frank de Haas are adding a new chapter to the story of De Moerbei. Both have been working at De Moerbei for a number of years, but since August this year they have opened the doors as the new owners. De Moerbei is a stylish farmhouse that has been known for its refined class as a restaurant since 1996. Michael and Frank are ter proud to have retained the Michelin star.
