During Horeca Expo, Hotek presented its latest developments in the field of access control and hospitality solutions. The company, which has been active in the sector for 26 years, emphasised its Mobile Key: an integrated system that allowed guests to open their rooms directly without downloading an app. According to Hotek, this user-friendly technology was the core focus of their presence at the trade fair.
In addition, Hotek demonstrated how their offering extended beyond innovative access systems to include a wide range of hotel supplies that could be seamlessly integrated into any hotel room. The video clearly showed that interest from hoteliers was growing rapidly, especially as modern guests have higher expectations in terms of convenience, contactless use and a fast check-in experience.
The whole thing underlined Hotek's ambition to remain a leading player in hospitality technology, aided by solutions that increased both operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Hotek has been around for 26 years. We supply access control systems to the hospitality industry. The development we see growing the most is our Mobile Key solution. The Mobile Key solution is an integrated system where guests can access their room without an app download.
What we have to offer is actually a total solution. We offer a variety of locks in combination with Mobile Key. We also supply hotel supplies that you can apply in every possible way in a hotel room. In this way, we completely relieve the hôtelier, but can also take the guest trip to a higher level.
The main message at the show is our Mobile Key solution. That is also the solution for which we won an award, which I am very proud of on behalf of the whole team. We are seeing increasing demand and interest for it, especially from the hôteliers.
The way we offer this, I think, is very complete and all-faceted. It is very nice to see this being embraced more and more these days.
