The Chill Foundation wants everyone to be able to go out, everyone meaning also the irritable people or those who don't like noise. The Chill Foundation aims to create a nationwide network of Chillcafés, Loungeseats, Easydining restaurants and Calmevents so that everyone can go out to the hospitality industry or a day out.
