Opposite Noordeinde Palace, EVE Paleisstraat by Erik van Loo will open in mid-January. This is a unique collaboration between the chef-owner of the world-renowned Parkheuvel restaurant in Rotterdam (2 Michelin stars) and RE:BORN, the sustainable developer responsible for De Pier, EVE Scheveningen and several iconic buildings in The Hague, among other projects. EVE Paleisstraat by Erik van Loo

Erik van Loo, chef-owner of the two Michelin-starred Restaurant Parkheuvel, will be the culinary face of restaurant EVE Paleisstraat. The restaurant will open its doors in mid-January 2026 in an iconic building at Paleisstraat 2, diagonally opposite Paleis Noordeinde. Van Loo will bring his refined French signature cuisine to this intimate setting.
