Radisson Hotel Group shows ambitions during Belgian economic mission to India to achieve a portfolio of 240 hotels by 2025

Radisson Hotel Group ("RHG") is one of the largest international hotel operators in India, with over 194 hotels already in operation and development across 114 destinations today. Leveraging its global expertise and local partnerships, RHG established itself as a key player in the Indian tourism sector, serving diverse markets from metropolitan cities to emerging tier-2 and tier-3 destinations. India and Belgium have strong trade relations, with bilateral trade estimated to exceed $15.07 billion by 2023-24 and foreign direct investments (FDIs) from Belgium in India exceeding $3.94 billion. Both countries are actively working to strengthen trade relations and boost investment ties, creating significant opportunities in various sectors, including tourism. Recent developments include major openings such as the Radisson Collection Hotel & Spa, Riverfront SrinagarRadisson Hatgad SaputaraRadisson Namah Resort and new hotel signings in key destinations such as Kasauli, Nathdwara, Raipur, Siliguri and Chennai, demonstrating the Group's strategic focus on luxury-lifestyle and mid-range segments. The Group's strategy is to have 240 hotels in operation and development in India by the end of 2025, driven by a strategic focus on tier 2 and 3 markets and the increasing demand for luxury-lifestyle and mid-range accommodations.
