New global platform streamlines bookings, rates, tools, benefits and channels for B2B customers in more than 560 hotels
Minor Hotels takes an important step within its B2B commercial strategy with the launch of Minor PRO, a new brand and platform designed specifically for travel agents, tour operators, event organisers, corporates and other industry professionals.
With Minor PRO, Minor Hotels is bringing its global brand strategy further to life. This strategy goes beyond a new visual identity and positions the brand as a unifying force, with a strong distribution strategy, a streamlined loyalty programme and a new B2B approach through Minor PRO.
Minor PRO features include:
The introduction of Minor PRO is another important step in Minor Hotels' commercial strategy. All resources, tools and benefits are brought together in one integrated platform for professional clients. Minor Hotels has over 560 hotels in 57 countries, with brands such as Anantara, Avani, Elewana Collection, Oaks, NH Hotels, NH Collection, nhow and Tivoli. With one platform for all these brands, Minor Hotels offers a more connected, efficient and personalised B2B experience.
Fernando Vives, Chief Commercial Officer of Minor Hotels Europe & Americas, explains: "With this platform, we are taking a clear step forward in our transformation strategy. We are focusing on a more international, digital and cohesive B2B offering. Minor PRO is a modern, global platform that responds to the real needs of our professional customers while reflecting the scale, diversity and strength of our portfolio."
Minor PRO has its own tone of voice and visual identity as part of the growth and evolution of Minor Hotels' commercial strategy for professionals. The platform features a new purpose-built website, www.minor-pro.com, with global offerings and services accessible through user-friendly navigation.
The nhpro.com platform, previously operating exclusively for Minor Hotels Europe & Americas, has evolved into minor-pro.com. For existing users, this means a smooth transition, retaining their current access, information and familiar tools. Also, both personal access details and meeting and event processes will continue to function in the same way, providing access to Minor Hotels' full and global offering through one central location.
The same integration strategy applies to special programmes for different professional segments. For example, the corporate programme NH+ Business Programme will continue under the name Minor PRO Business Programme, retaining all benefits and access. Members enjoy up to 25% discount on stays, 10% discount in bars and restaurants, 5% discount on meetings and events, plus additional benefits such as premium wifi, early check-in, late check-out and reduced parking rates.
And this is just the beginning: Minor PRO will develop new programmes for other groups of professionals. For example, a special programme for travel agents will soon follow. Minor Hotels will also expand its offering on professional social media channels under the name Minor PRO, with current and relevant content from all regions.
