Unique model flat Residences of Oranje opened

Now that the construction of Hotel and Residences van Oranje has officially started and over 50% of the flats and penthouses have now been sold, a new phase is beginning for buyers: making choices for the finishing and furnishing of their future home or pied-à-terre in Noordwijk aan Zee. For the finishing touches to the flat or penthouse, they can opt for customisation or for one of the four interior concepts specially designed for Residences van Oranje. These styles match the elegant architecture of the building and offer buyers a clear and inspiring basis.

Four interior concepts

Relaxed living and carefree living are a key principle of Hotel and Residences van Oranje. This starts already with the process of choosing the finishing of the flats. To give buyers and interested parties a good idea of the possibilities, the model flat of Residences van Oranje was opened on Saturday 14 March. At Tortu World in Sassenheim, visitors can view a fully recreated and finished full-size model flat. Here, the generous layout, high-quality materials and finish quality of the project become tangible. The model flat has an area of 219 square metres and has been realised with great care and craftsmanship. The flat features the four interior concepts developed exclusively for Residences van Oranje, designed by Just Design and van Egmond, architects.

“It is great that the four interior concepts can now actually be experienced, giving buyers a clear idea of the possibilities the apartment offers,” said Diederik van Egmond of van Egmond, architects. “People come to live here in a special place by the sea. With that comes an interior that has the same quality and appearance.”

During the selection process, buyers are guided by buyers“ counsellors, who support decisions on layout, materials and finishes to ensure that the flat fits well with the future residents” personal living preferences. “Buyers really have something to choose here,” says Denise Boekhoorn of Just Design. When developing the four concepts, we searched with the project team for the most beautiful materials and finishing options that match the look and feel of Residences van Oranje. At the same time, we also offer space for buyers who want to go further: for them, we can design a fully customised interior that completely suits their personal living requirements."
