3: Portrait interview with Remco van der Jagt, General Manager within the IHCP Group

His career path did not take the most obvious route; having grown up in a village without any hotel background, he initially chose to train in aviation services. But an internship at the Dorint Hotel in Badhoevedorp put him on the trail of the hospitality sector - and he never left it. From front office to sales, he got to know the business from the inside and progressed to General Manager.
