Having breakfast at the big family table: Le Pain Quotidien is the new bustling living room of Leonardo Boutique Hotel Maastricht

Anyone who has strolled through trendy Wyck in recent months has probably already noticed: the delicious smell of freshly baked organic bread meets you at the Leonardo Boutique Hotel Maastricht. After a complete renovation of the lobby, the hotel's interior now seamlessly matches the natural, warm style of the famous bakery. Since the opening of Le Pain Quotidien in the renovated hotel lobby at Stationsstraat 40, the city has gained a lively hotspot where hotel guests and locals meet at the famous long wooden table.

Parisian charm in the heart of Maastricht

“The partnership with Le Pain Quotidien completes the experience at our hotel,” Alexander Kluit, Managing Director Leonardo Hotels Benelux, tells us. “It offers hotel guests the unique opportunity to enjoy breakfast with the Le Pain Quotidien signature. It is a vibrant meeting place where Leonardo's hospitality and Le Pain Quotidien's craft come together. This gives the boutique character of the hotel exactly that local, warm energy befitting the city.”

Burgundian pleasures in Wyck

The menu features the famous tartines (generous sandwiches), colourful salads, homemade soups and, of course, the irresistible patisserie. With a wide choice of vegetarian and vegan options, it is the ideal stop during a day strolling around the city.

Day out in Wyck: 5 tips around the corner
