Intensive heat training with the VITALITY BOOST PRO

The VITALITY BOOST PRO - an automatic infusion with targeted air circulation - was developed by KLAFS together with experts and infusion masters and is at the heart of the innovative KLAFS concept on the heat side. The multifunctional system ensures an increased heat sensation and thus a more intensive training of the heart, circulation and immune system. The automatic hot tubing system and ceiling-mounted air flow diffusers ensure that the heat and humidity generated by the hot tubing are quickly and evenly distributed throughout the cabin. Guests of hotels, swimming pools, fitness centres and other commercial spa facilities can enjoy a perfect soaking experience at any time with the VITALITY BOOST PRO, which is similar to the ceremonies of soaking masters; the perfect addition to public wellness areas.

The VITALITY BOOST PRO complements the popular infusion ceremonies, which are organised by infusion masters at specific times. This allows commercial spa centres to offer additional infusions at any time of the day. And even in commercial spas, which do not have their own staff for infusion events, guests can now enjoy an infusion ceremony with air circulation through the new VITALITY BOOST PRO.

Wellness cooling all year round thanks to the FRIMAS ICE LOUNGE

After turbo training with the VITALITY BOOST PRO, the body deserves relaxation. To complement the intensive heat phase, KLAFS has therefore developed a new type of wellness cooling: the FRIMAS ICE LOUNGE, which offers refreshment in the wellness area all year round. This unique concept allows a moist, cold and mild cooling, which perfectly rounds off the sauna session and brings the body back into balance: at cabinet temperatures of around 5°C, a fine mist is created in the room, which provides an increased cold sensation - without directly exposing the body to too powerful a cold stimulus and overloading it. By avoiding an abrupt transition from hot to cold and thanks to the moderate cold of the ice mist bath, the body can regulate itself in a balanced way and gently adjust to the refreshing environment within 5-10 minutes. The cold sensation has a balancing effect, relaxes muscles, normalises body temperature and puts the body in an optimal, pleasant state of relaxation after the sauna. This creates positive stress in which the body develops defence mechanisms and strengthens its resistance. The psychological stress that some bathers may experience as a result of a huge, immediate cold stimulus is eliminated and cooling down becomes a real wellness experience.

The FRIMAS ICE LOUNGE impresses with its blue-lit acrylic blocks and can be customised in terms of size and applications: snow, ice mist and authentic-looking ice surfaces offer a variety of cooling experiences and enhance the cold effect. New options, such as the GLACIER ice wall with ice mist or the HOLLI ice steam shower, can be combined with other spectacular elements, such as the STALAGMIT and POLARIS ice fountains and the ATMOSPHERE, a screen with impressive nature images. Whether intensive training or medium training, KLAFS offers a comprehensive product range

As we all know, needs and preferences can vary. This also applies to wellness. Those who prefer a milder method of warming up the body instead of intensive ascents with the VITALITY BOOST PRO will benefit most from the SANARIUM® that KLAFS was the first to introduce a few years ago. It enables a wide variety of sauna forms with milder temperatures and higher humidity. KLAFS also offers an opposite cold programme. As an alternative to the FRIMAS ICE LOUNGE, KLAFS has a series of waterfall and bucket showers or cold water plunge pools for a powerful, intensive cold stimulus. They enhance the training effect by exposing the body to "supercompensation".
