New: restaurant Brasserie 7 in Efteling Grand Hotel

7 magical ingredients take centre stage in new Efteling restaurant

With the Efteling Grand Hotel, the Efteling will gain two restaurants from 1 August. Restaurant Brasserie 7 will open on the ground floor of the new hotel on the same day. With approximately 300 seats inside and 250 seats on the terrace, Brasserie 7 will be the largest restaurant within the World of the Efteling. Here, Efteling visitors can enjoy classics with a twist of 7 magical ingredients.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner
At Brasserie 7 hotel guests can have a sumptuous breakfast. From 11.00 am, the restaurant is also open for park guests. At lunch, there are several lunch specials on the menu, such as salmon sandwiches, ribeye carpaccio or burrata. For adults, the dinner menu consists of 7 starters, 7 main courses and 7 desserts. There are plenty of vegetarian and vegan options, and there is a special menu for children. 

Chef Eelco van der Tuin's surprising twist is in the 7 magical ingredients: from dragon's breath to pixie dust or princess tears. The lively brasserie, with lots of greenery and flowers, has a large terrace overlooking water show Aquanura.

Fairy tale number 7
The use of the number 7 throughout the concept of Brasserie 7 comes from the fairy tale number 7. This is a number that appears a lot in fairy tales. Think of the seven little goats who outwit the wolf, the seven dwarfs who take Snow White into their home, or, for example, the seven-mile boots with which Tom Thumb and his brothers - together seven boys - escape the giant.

Reservations and private dining
Hotel guests can get a table at Brasserie 7 reserve while booking their stay or at a later time via the Efteling app. Efteling visitors can also book via the Efteling app. It is possible to book a private dinner for up to 20 guests at an additional cost.
