Marriott International, Inc. announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Townhouse Hotels, adding eight hotels and over 700 rooms to its Dutch portfolio. Six hotels are expected to join Series by Marriott™; this marks the brand’s entry into the Dutch market. Two hotels will become part of Tribute Portfolio, the growing Marriott collection of independent hotels, each with its own character.
These are city hotels in five Dutch cities. Marriott is expanding its presence in Amsterdam, Breda and The Hague; in Maastricht EN Eindhoven This marks the first time the company has been represented by these hotels. This move strengthens Marriott’s position in key Dutch destinations and offers travellers a wider choice within its portfolio.
