Foruminvest has successfully completed the sale of the ibis Styles hotel in Rotterdam to Corum Asset Management

The newbuildwde consisting of 250 rooms, has been sold to the French institutional investor and is considered one of the largest hotel transactions of 2023 in the Netherlands.

The ibis Styles hotel is located in Rotterdam, next to the main entrance of the Ahoy Convention Centre, and has been fully leased to HR Group for a minimum of 25 years. Numerous sustainability measures have been implemented, resulting in achieving an A++ energy label. This fits perfectly with Corum Asset Management's long-term investment strategy.
