'We see automation as adding value to hotels'

Helping customers well is a profession, and IT specialist VSA from Assen masters that profession like no other. A customer can see exactly when the PCs and switches were purchased, as well as the number, age and security."

In good conscience, we are committed to honouring the agreements made. Customers can count on 24/7 service and the phone is always answered by an IT specialist. If the need is urgent, we guarantee to solve the problem. We understand all too well that you can't shut down a hotel." The focus on quality, reliability and transparency pays off in building long-term relationships, says Pots. "We know what we stand for and stay true to it. We have many loyal customers and we know them well. Our first customer from more than 25 years ago is still with us."

A hot topic at the moment is hotel TV. VSA offers this as a total solution. Pots: "We see hotel TV as a broadening of our portfolio. We can set this up and manage it as the customer wishes. With a good server, you can link this to the reservation system in such a way that guest data is guaranteed to be secure. We can also effortlessly set up things like bring your own device, Wi-Fi telephony, QR codes for streaming and so on. All in compliance with the regulations, of course.
