Custom finishes for a consistent bathroom design
Taps in brass, rose gold, stainless steel or black chrome are increasingly defining the look of the bathroom. Geberit now makes it possible to coordinate the flush plates for the toilet and urinal with these finishes. The Geberit Sigma40 toilet flush plates and Type 40 urinal flush plates are available in over 50 metal finishes, to match tap ranges from well-known manufacturers. This creates a single, cohesive interior design concept, from the washbasin and shower right through to the toilet.
The Sigma40 control panel can be customised to match the colours of taps from various suppliers.

Attention to colour and materials no longer stops at the washbasin tap or shower. It is precisely the smaller, functional elements that determine whether an interior truly feels like a cohesive whole. With the new finishes for the Sigma40 flush plate, the toilet also becomes part of the chosen material palette.
The collection features a wide range of metallic shades and surface finishes, tailored to specific tap finishes from brands including Grohe, Hansgrohe, Dornbracht, Gessi and Vola. This means that designers and homeowners do not have to compromise between their chosen tap and a matching control plate.

The Sigma40 is available with round or angular flush buttons. A bespoke finish is available for the metal versions of this toilet flush plate. The bespoke collection focuses on four colour families: rose gold, brass, stainless steel and black chrome. Within these families, more than 50 different shades, textures and surface effects are possible. These are not arbitrary RAL or NCS colours, but carefully selected finishes.
With its panoramic format, flat design and a thickness of just four millimetres, the Sigma40 has a distinctly minimalist character. The panel sits discreetly against the wall and, thanks to its metal finish, also serves as a refined design feature.
Behind its sleek design lies trusted Geberit technology. A glass-fibre-reinforced mounting frame ensures stability. The control panel can be fitted and removed without tools, which simplifies installation, maintenance and any repairs. Sigma40 has been developed as part of the complete Geberit toilet system, in which the visible and concealed components are designed to work together seamlessly.

For toilet cubicles fitted with a urinal, the Geberit Type 40 urinal flush controls are available in the same colours and surface finishes as the Sigma40. Here too, there is a choice between a round or angular design. The flush can be activated manually or completely touch-free.
The matching designs create a sense of visual calm and material consistency in spaces containing both toilets and urinals. This is particularly relevant for hotels, offices and high-end commercial projects, where repetition and a polished overall appearance play an important role.
The bespoke finishes have been developed primarily for project-based applications. They give architects, interior designers and stylists the freedom to consistently implement a single material concept in settings such as hotels, restaurants, offices and high-end commercial projects. In addition, the range offers options for the design-conscious homeowner who also attaches great importance to a carefully coordinated interior, even in an exclusive private bathroom.
