Seven years ago, Samir Haidari founded Asenso Facilities. The company started with a clear focus on hotels and housekeeping. That specialisation still forms the basis, but the range of services has now broadened. Besides housekeeping, Asenso Facilities also provides reception services, general area cleaning and deep cleaning of kitchens for the hospitality industry.

For hotels and hospitality companies, Asenso Facilities thus offers a practical solution: one partner for several facility components that directly affect the guest experience. From clean hotel rooms to representative common areas, from reception services to specialist cleaning in hospitality kitchens.

Although Asenso Facilities also operates at schools, dental practices, car dealerships, car showrooms and shopping malls, among others, the hotel sector remains its focus. “Still 60/70% really housekeeping hotels,” says Haidari.
