Winners MeetingReview Province Awards 2024

Every year on 1 September, online review platform for the meetings and events industry MeetingReview announces the winning venues of the Dutch Province Awards. The best three venues in each of the five categories, from small to large, receive a media package containing the recognition. The beautiful plaque will follow soon after at the venue. 

The winners get to call themselves the best venues in their province for a year! You can find all the winners on the special results page here. 

When you put maximum effort into your guests, you see the appreciation reflected in the reviews. "We congratulate all the winning venues that have performed so well over the past 1.5 years" said Marco Kole, initiator of the online review platform. 

Besides being a party, we can also say that our industry is still struggling. About 10% of venues have unfortunately had to close their doors. However, it is nice to see that more and more venues are getting started with independent reviews. "Despite the fact that reviews are primary to your online reputation and influencing Google, ChatGPT and other search engines, you also see some fun competition emerging through the awards. As one venue aptly described it, these awards are the appreciation of paying customers. It is really nice to see that in Limburg and North Brabant there is now much more focus on reviews. Compliments therefore to Visit Brabant and other destination organisations that offer support to actively get started with reviews," said Marco.
