NH Amsterdam Leidseplein is located right in the bustling heart of the Dutch capital. The hotel recently underwent a restyling and all 237 hotel rooms, the entrance, restaurant Copper and the meeting rooms were given a new and modern look.

NH Amsterdam Leidseplein, formerly known as NH Amsterdam Centre, is right in the cultural heart of Amsterdam. Built for the 1928 Olympic Games, the hotel has a classic facade in the style of the Amsterdam School.

The mix of neutral tones and warm materials create a relaxed atmosphere, an ideal setting to unwind after a busy day in the city. References to the city of Amsterdam and the history of the building can be found in several places in the hotel, such as the art pictures in the corridors. During the modernisation, much attention was paid to sustainability in terms of use of materials and new installations aimed at reducing energy consumption. With these upgrades, NH Amsterdam Leidseplein is attractive to a broader target group. Guests can hold meetings, visit the city or dine in the restaurant.

All 237 rooms have undergone a restyling, combining custom-made furniture and modern amenities with natural materials. The new neutral tones of the interior match this effortlessly. In a laidback atmosphere with soft light, guests can relax in their rooms after a day full of impressions or get to work focused. The renovated main entrance features natural wood and more greenery, in line with the natural look of each floor. The floors feature prints of Amsterdam and the meeting rooms are named after city parks such as Amstelpark, Beatrixpark, Rembrandtpark and the nearby Vondelpark. Business guests use excellent meeting facilities with new audio-video equipment.

Bar-restaurant Copper on the ground floor has a beautiful view of the famous Leidseplein. With a personalised cocktail or good glass of wine and a varied selection of lunch and dinner dishes, it is a great place to relax after a day in the lively city. NH Amsterdam Leidseplein is 100 metres from the famous Vondelpark, in an excellent location near major museums, restaurants, cafés and shops.

Its unique location offers everyone the chance to discover atmospheric Amsterdam at their own pace. The Rijksmuseum as well as the Van Gogh Museum and the Stedelijk Museum are also within walking distance of the hotel.

Txema Ripa Azcona, General Manager of NH Amsterdam Leidseplein: "We are incredibly looking forward to this new beginning with a fresh 'look and feel' of the hotel. What remains unchanged is our commitment to always provide the best service to guests who choose to stay at our hotel, located on one of the most central squares in Amsterdam."
