NH Collection Signature Breakfast - eBook with recipes from Michelin chefs

Ten internationally renowned chefs, together accounting for 11 Michelin stars, have joined forces to reinvent breakfast and elevate the first meal of the day into a high-level culinary experience. Their creations - meant to surprise and inspire - are now brought together in an exclusive eBook, allowing guests to enjoy a touch of haute cuisine at home.

With this publication, NH Collection completes the celebration of its 10th anniversary. The Signature Breakfast: Chefs’ Constellation Edition took place in several NH Collection hotels in Europe and Latin America in recent months and is now crowned by the launch of this gastronomic eBook.

The eBook - downloadable from the NH Collection website - brings together the signature recipes of the participating chefs. The dishes range from modern interpretations of classics to completely new creations, reflecting the diversity and innovative spirit that characterise the NH Collection experience.

A star-studded constellation of culinary talent

Ten top chefs representing 11 Michelin stars took part in the initiative. Each of them developed a dish that uniquely reinvents breakfast - with an eye for local produce, creativity and refined cooking techniques.

The Spanish representation consisted of Javier Olleros (2 Michelin stars, Culler de Pau, O Grove, Pontevedra), Paco Roncero (2 Michelin stars, Paco Roncero Restaurant, NH Collection Real Casino, Madrid) and Alejandro Hernández (1 star, Versátil, Cáceres).

In addition, European chefs participated as Nicolai Nørregaard (Kadeau, 2 Michelin stars, Copenhagen), Yuri Wiesen (Wiesen Restaurant, 1 star, Eindhoven), Mikael von Lüders (Finnjävel, 1 star, Helsinki), Iside De Cesare (La Parolina, 1 star, Trevinano) and Ciro Scamardella (Pipero, 1 star, Rome).

The company was joined by two leading names from Latin America: Luciano García, pastry chef and owner of Restaurante García in Buenos Aires, and Mikel Alonso, chief of the renowned Biko in Mexico City.
