Restaurant BlueBlood is proud to announce that for the second year in a row it has been named the “Best Hotel-Restaurant in the Netherlands” during the prestigious World Culinary Awards 2025, which took place this year on 23 October in Sardinia, Italy. This international award highlights restaurants worldwide and recognises excellence in gastronomy, hospitality and total experience.

The annual World Culinary Awards are awarded based on votes from both culinary industry professionals and consumers. The award recognises restaurants that excel in culinary creativity, service and experience, highlighting their position on the global gastronomic map.

At BlueBlood, it's all about culinary sophistication, creativity and experience. Led by restaurant manager Andres Nouwen EN chef de cuisine Luis Rojas, born in Peru, the restaurant brings a modern ode to the Nikkei kitchen; a sophisticated fusion of Peruvian flavours and Japanese precision.
Chief Luis Rojas: “It is a huge honour to receive this title for the second year in a row. For me, cooking is about more than technique; it is sharing the rich flavours and stories of Peru. Each dish is an invitation for our guests to experience and taste that world.”

Restaurant manager Andres Nouwen: “This award recognises our entire team. Thanks to Luis” creativity and the dedication of everyone from waiters and mixologists to kitchen staff, together we bring the unique BlueBlood experience to life."
To celebrate this special achievement, BlueBlood is treating the entire month of November to a free welcome prosecco with your dinner, a sparkling start to an unforgettable evening.
