Agreement in principle on takeover 'Hotels van Oranje'

A consortium of Dreef Beheer, Ramphastos Investments and Van Deursen Group plans to take over 'Hotels van Oranje' in Noordwijk. The consortium and the current owners have reached an outline agreement on the matter. The parties involved expect to finalise the transaction within a few weeks.

No further announcements on the proposed acquisition will be made until then.
