Hotel Leaders Network and Future Hotel Leaders Award 2026

On February 2, 2026, the Beurs van Berlage Amsterdam will host the next edition of the Hotel Leaders Network. During the programme, the Future Hotel Leaders Award awarded, recognising emerging leadership within the Dutch hotel industry.

Future Hotel Leaders Award: recognising leadership

An important part of the programme is the presentation of the Future Hotel Leaders Award (FHLA). This award targets young leaders within hotels and hospitality organisations who excel in vision, commitment and people-oriented leadership.

Candidates hold a managerial position within a hotel or hotel organisation in the Netherlands and bear responsibility for a team. The winner not only receives recognition within the industry, but also opportunities for further development, including a coaching moment with a member of the jury and participation in the jury of the next edition.
