On Thursday 25 June, the international extension of the world's most influential culinary congress comes to Brussels for its first and only edition in the Benelux this year. Spain Fusion: The Premium Experience presents an exceptional edition in Brussels, bringing together Michelin-starred chefs, internationally renowned wine experts and leading culinary visionaries for an exclusive one-day, invitation-only event. A unique celebration of the sophistication and innovation of Spanish gastronomy and wine culture.
Spain Fusion The Premium Experience is an event organised by Vocento Gastronomía and sponsored by Foods and Wines from Spain, the global brand of Spain Trade and Investment (ICEX), to promote the best Spanish products worldwide with the most prestigious chefs and culinary experts. This session, dedicated to Belgian importers, distributors, retailers, chefs, sommeliers and culinary journalists, aims to provide a deeper insight into the identity, history and current state of Spanish products and cuisine, led by some of the leading figures in the field.

After previous editions in cities such as Manila, Shanghai, Mexico City, Rio de Janeiro and Tokyo, Brussels is the latest stop in this international series. The event is an initiative of Vocento Gastronomía, sponsored by Foods & Wines from Spain, the global brand of ICEX (Spain Trade and Investment Agency).
The programme offers a carefully curated experience for Belgium's culinary elite. Only sixty selected professionals - including top chefs, sommeliers, importers and culinary journalists will have access to this exclusive day of knowledge sharing, refined tastings and direct interaction with the very best of Spanish gastronomy.
The day-long programme takes the form of an intensive training seminar with live cooking demonstrations, in-depth tastings and interactive sessions. Participating chefs will present their signature dishes and innovative techniques, while sharing their vision for the future of Spanish cuisine.
Led by Master of Wine Fernando Mora, guests will discover an exceptional selection of top wines from prestigious regions such as Jerez, Penedès, Rioja and Ribera del Duero.
In addition, Alfonso Fernández - internationally certified olive oil expert - will lead an exclusive tasting of premium extra virgin olive oil, giving participants an insight into the subtle differences in aroma, texture and taste.
Iconic products such as Iberian ham and high-quality cheeses are presented alongside innovative culinary creations, resulting in a complete experience where craftsmanship, product quality and presentation come together.
